What we collect

Information you give us. When you request an offer we collect the property address, your description of its condition, your timeline, and your name, phone number and email address. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Standard web data: the pages you visit, the page you arrived on, the website or advertisement that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. We store a one-way hash of your IP address with each enquiry, rather than the address itself, so that we can limit automated abuse of the form.

Cookies. We set a first-party cookie called lh_attr on your first visit, which records which page you arrived on and any advertising parameters in the link. It lets us tell which marketing is working. We also use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising tags. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Where a transaction proceeds, information is shared with the attorneys and title company handling the closing. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form you agree that we may call and text you at the number you provide, about your property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may need them for the purpose above and for our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
